We will send a replacement item at no extra charge. A refund will only be made if the same or a similar product is unavailable.
Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery. Once we confirm the error and receive the returned product, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost, or offer a full refund if a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed via PayPal within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized products: Once a product has been customized or personalized (e.g., specific color choices or names added), it is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Sale or Clearance items: These are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
